Wonderful Riverside Stay

attentive staff river view unlimited tea ride access
I appreciated the attentive staff who provided excellent service. Our room included a balcony facing the river (which I enjoyed). The hotel also offers unlimited tea and coffee. I found the park and ride was a very short walk away.
I noticed that the bathroom lacked a shelf, slightly inconvenient for storing toiletries.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet offered many options, and the quality of the produce was high. I dined in the bar one evening and found the food tasty (especially with the fire on!).
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features a quirky theme related to 'The Wind and the Willows'. The location is on the river, and parking is convenient. You can also help yourself to extra tea, coffee, and fresh fruit.
Service
10/10
The staff was cute and professional throughout my visit. They were very attentive and seemed willing to help. The waiter, Oli, provided excellent service.
Rooms
9/10
The room was clean and spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful. I enjoyed the balcony view over the river.

Uneven experience, some issues observed

The location had easy access to the city center via the park and ride service.
The room, a Comfy Double, had a television that WOULDN'T connect to the Wi-Fi. I could not use Netflix. The balcony had rotted holes. It was not good.
